Supervision for Coaches

After more than three decades coaching people through professional challenges, life changes, new careers, and demanding workloads, I’ve come to see supervision as a natural extension of that work.

Supervision has been a steady anchor in my own coaching practice: a space to reflect, look at my work from new angles, explore challenges, and continue learning. Now I’m offering that same support to others.

For me, supervision is about holding a structured, reflective space where coaches can pause, step back and think deeply about their practice. It supports your growth as a coach and the professionalism and effectiveness of your client work and helps you navigate the ethical demands of the role.

My approach is wholistic, taking into account the context of the whole person, for both you and your clients, and the systems you are part of.

With a busy and absorbing workload, it is all too easy to forget about you. I offer reflective, developmental, and restorative supervision for coaches, whether you are working in education or across other sectors.

I work with qualified coaches at all stages of experience and have a flexible, person-centered approach, to fit into your schedule and budget.

Supervision will support you to:

  • Develop your thoughtful, ethical and sustainable practice with confidence and integrity

  • Strengthen your reflexivity, deepen insights and develop new approaches and skills

  • Sustain your wellbeing and stay grounded in your purpose

  • Deepen your self-awareness and understand more how your own patterns impact the work

  • Recognise, appreciate and work with process

  • Support your learning, to equip you more to support the learning of your clients

  • Navigate role clarity, boundaries, and emotional load

  • Reflect and learn in a compassionate, collaborative and encouraging space

  • Coach more fully from who you are

My fee is based on your own coaching charges.

“In supervision I experience a slowing down, a calming place, I can see things that I didn’t see before.  I recognise my patterns, of thinking and feeling. I can disentangle myself from what my client has brought to the session, and my own reactions; I don’t have to do my usual jumping to action, or criticising myself.  I can be more present, coach more from who I am.

“I have learned directly from your style how to stay in process and not rush to outcome. How to abstain from solutions and create the space so the client can find more owned and empowering answers. I have recognised how my own patterns, history and unconscious personal and emotional needs impact on my interactions with clients and can shape my coaching. Seeing how to delineate between what is the client’s work and what is mine, I am so much clearer about boundaries, ethics and appropriate interventions.”
