With co-founder Meg Maunder, I set up Women into School Headship (WiSH) in 2006, to address the gender imbalance at senior leadership in education and provide specialist services for women leaders.

With long experience working in the education sector both Meg and I are equipped to support you through your career. We bring knowledge, expertise and understanding of the issues women leaders face.
